What is the difference between a product and a service?
Korvin, Korvex Reply, Korvex Inbox, Korvex Post and Korvexcionist AI are products you can hire. KORVEXCIO, for checkout and inventory, is in pilot. Services are projects with an agreed scope: building your website, setting up a solution, automating a process or developing a custom system.
Does Korvin answer phone calls too?
Korvin handles WhatsApp messages. Korvexcionist AI is the phone receptionist: it answers calls and can take orders or book appointments through the workflow configured for your business.
Can I hire the receptionist separately?
Yes. Korvexcionist AI is available to hire on its own. We agree on the setup, scope and quote for your business before starting.
How much does it cost to work with Korvex?
It depends on the product or project scope. Quotes are free. For services, we agree on deliverables, price and stages in writing before building; products have their own subscription terms.
How long does a project take?
A simple landing page can take days. A custom system or integration has a different scope. We provide a timeline in the proposal after reviewing your content, access requirements and features.
What do I receive after a website or custom development project?
Your project handover includes source code, documentation and clear guidance. The client’s domain and accounts remain in their name. Subscription products have separate terms.
Is support available after delivery?
Projects include training and 30 days of handover support. Ongoing maintenance can be agreed as an additional service. Product subscriptions have their own support scope.
Do you work in the Dominican Republic and the United States?
