KORVEX TRUCKING OPERATIONS SERVICES

YOU DRIVE.WE RUN THE OFFICE.

Operational support for small carriers and owner-operators in the United States with their own MC authority. Dispatch, invoices, expiration tracking and digital presence, with you making the final call on every load.

A TRUCK OWNER WEARS SEVEN HATS. ONLY ONE OF THEM PAYS.

The load board, invoices, driver settlements and expiration checks compete with time on the road. We review your operation and define the support your office needs.

TRUCKING OFFICE

FOUR AREAS.ONE OPERATION.

01

Dispatch

Work each load from the market check to the invoice packet.

  • Lane and market review before calling.
  • Broker verification and effective-rate negotiation.
  • Rate confirmation review, tracking and check calls.
  • Detention, layover and TONU claims.
02

Back office

Keep the load paperwork and operation records organized.

  • Invoices by load, broker, week and status.
  • Driver settlements and expense records.
  • IFTA preparation and tax-ready records.
  • Rate con, BOL and POD document archive.
03

Compliance tracking

Track company, truck and driver expirations with a calendar and advance alerts.

  • Company: insurance, registrations and operating requirements.
  • Truck: inspection, registration and maintenance dates.
  • Driver: CDL, medical card and required credentials.
  • Alerts at 60, 30 and 15 days.
04

Digital presence

A digital base for your carrier, in your own name.

  • Brand identity and website on your domain.
  • Company email and Google Business Profile.
  • Social media and relevant directories.
  • SEO, AEO and GEO within the agreed scope.

HOW A LOAD IS WORKED

FROM THE LANETO THE PAPERWORK.

  1. 01

    Market check

Review the lane, rate per mile and load-to-truck ratio before calling.

  2. 02

    Broker check

Check FMCSA status, credit, payment timing and the verified email domain on every load.

  3. 03

    Effective-rate negotiation

Consider loaded miles and all deadhead, not just the posted number.

  4. 04

    Rate confirmation review

Review the rate con line by line before the driver moves. You approve the load.

  5. 05

    In transit

Tracking, check calls and broker updates during the load.

  6. 06

    Invoice packet

Organize the invoice packet for the broker or factoring company, with detention, layover and TONU claims when applicable.

COMPLIANCE

DATES ON THE CALENDAR.

Company, truck and driver requirements are tracked separately. We monitor dates and send alerts; legal responsibility stays with the carrier.

GETTING STARTED

YOUR OPERATION.WHERE WE START.

A 20-minute review, no commitment. We discuss your operation and the support that makes sense before the onboarding packet and agreement.

  1. 01

    Days 1–3

Onboarding packet, signed agreement through DocuSign and setup.

  2. 02

    Week 1

Operational setup, broker setups and first loads.

  3. 03

    Days 30–45

    Digital base in place.

  4. 04

    Days 60–90

First compliance cycle and IFTA quarter.

Typical timing, agreed for your operation. Digital presence does not replace the load board and can take 3–6 months to mature.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE IN TRUCKING.

We built the website and WhatsApp AI assistant for Jaky’s Transport. This is experience in web and messaging for the sector; it is not presented as a dispatch client.

FAQ

BEFOREYOU COMMIT.

Are you a broker?

No. We are a dispatch service, not a broker. You approve every load and no load moves without a signed agreement.

Do I keep my MC and my accounts?

Yes. Your MC, insurance, load board accounts, domain and Google profile stay in your name. Korvex uses the official dispatcher role for agreed access.

Do you do my taxes?

No. We prepare and organize; your CPA files. Not a CPA or a law firm.

Who is responsible for compliance?

We track and alert at 60, 30 and 15 days. Legal responsibility remains with the carrier.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the package and your operation. Get a free quote; final terms are set in the Service Agreement.

How do we start?
