Does Korvin answer Instagram?
Not yet. Today Korvin handles WhatsApp; Instagram is planned and is not sold until it is in production.
What counts as a message?
Each reply Korvin sends during the month. Messages your customers send you do not count.
Does setup include a CRM?
No. The US$200 setup covers business information, channel connections, training, testing and team guidance. A CRM is quoted separately.
Does it take phone calls?
No. It understands voice notes and replies in writing. Korvexcionist AI handles phone calls, phone orders and appointments.
What if I need more messages?
The High volume plan covers up to 10,000 replies for US$300/month. If you need more, we quote it based on your volume. We let you know when you reach 80% of your plan.
Can a person answer?
Yes. Korvin hands off when needed or requested. Your team can also take over any conversation.
Is Korvex Reply included with Korvin?
No. Reply is an independent keyword-based product, configured and quoted separately.
